21 Pilots Closes Day 2 of Lollapalooza with Great Success!

Climbed “at 45 of the second half” to replace the Blink-182the duo American Twenty One Pilots ended with golden key the last show of the day Budweiser Stage node Lollapalooza Brazil 2023.

Originally formed in 2009, the band consisted of three members. After Nick Thomas and Chris Salih left in 2011, the vocalist Tyler Joseph joined the drummer Josh Dun and continued to be successful.

Strolling through genres indie, alternative rock and alternative hip hopthe duo collects songs acclaimed by the public and several awards. The show today at Budweiser Stage of Lollapalooza it was similar to one the duo did in São Paulo, last year. With little scenography and lots of lights, it was their performance that won over the audience, who were largely saddened by the last-minute cancellation of Blink-182.

The setlist was innovative. In their third performance at the festival, they performed “All the Small Things“, in homage to the Californian trio, in an almost instrumental version. With a focus on paying homage to the Brazilian public, songs like “Girl from Ipanema“, “Favela Dance” and “But nothing” also entered the setlist, surprising those in the audience and at home, watching on TV.

With plenty of organization and varied instruments, the duo organized themselves well and dominated the stage. Both to the sides and upwards. In addition to a back somersault off a piano, as is customary, vocalist Tyler Joseph climbed one of the racetrack's structures while performing the famous “Car Radio“.

The hits”Stressed Out” and “Heathens“, both award winners, excited the public.

Previously considered good substitutes for fans of LinkinParktoday they proved that they deserve more recognition. With a well-thought-out show, albeit at short notice, they ended the second day of the festival with fireworks, flames of fire, flashing lights and rain of shredded paper.
