Qatar World Cup – Footballers in Qatar can see for the first time at a World Cup via an app how hard they have sprinted during a match. They can also see, for example, how many chances they have created.
World football association FIFA has developed the app together with players’ union FIFPRO. Footballers had indicated that they would like easy access to this data.
The athletes can also see the moments from matches that are important to them from multiple camera angles. They also receive photos of themselves during the competition.
