Khloé Kardashian on plagiarism case
The clothing brand that sued Khloé Kardashian for $10 million (about $8.2 million) for plagiarism has dropped the charges. According to Radar Online, the parties have reached a confidential agreement.
Kardashian owns the Good American brand. Another Los Angeles clothing brand claimed last year that the designs of a line of bodysuits the reality star has marketed are a copy of the products that that company sells.

Kardashian is alleged to have borrowed clothes from the company for personal use a number of times in 2016 and 2017. That’s not unusual for stars, especially when they have quite a few followers on social media. Brands hope the celebrities will share photos of them wearing the clothes, which will generate a lot of publicity. In the indictment, the brand claimed kardashian borrowed the products to recreate them for her own line. (Khloé Kardashian)
To avoid a trial, the two sides sat down. It has now been revealed that they informed the court in early May that they had come to an agreement and that the charges would be dropped.
