Actor Terry Crews, who has worked on major worldwide hits such as the film “White Chicks” and the series “Everybody hates Chris”. When interviewed by an American podcast, the artist spoke about a treatment he underwent to get rid of his addiction to pornography.

Terry said it was difficult at first, because in his free time from work and household chores, he couldn't escape his addiction and ended up giving in to temptation. Crews also said he started writing down on a piece of paper what he could do when he was “good” so I don't have to watch porn.

The actor of “White Chicks” said that this addiction became aggressive over time, as he tried to keep it a secret from his own wife, also actress Rebecca King-Crews. Terry Crews acknowledges that the “pornographic life” damaged your marriage.

The actor who played “Julius” in “Everybody hates Chris”, had to undergo strong treatment with a doctor and psychologist accompanying the process, and in this, he had to make several lists with activities that he could do in his free time, and with that, try to lower the frequency with which he consumed pornography in these moments of “leisure”. Terry said he was trying to read a book, but couldn't get past the first paragraph because he wanted to watch pornographic videos.

The 54-year-old actor also said that when he realized he could say “no” to addiction, he felt something powerful inside him. When he mentioned the book again, Terry Crews was motivated to read at least the first paragraph. When he finished, he saw that the second paragraph was interesting and so he spent his time reading and letting himself be carried away, and he realized that in the time he spent reading, he had already forgotten what he would be doing at that moment if he had not looked for some activity to do.
