Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo Put 2019 Mansion Up for Sale After Renovations

Singer Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo recently put their Los Angeles mansion up for sale for $57.5 million, or about R$288 million. The property was purchased from Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garden in 2019 for $32 million, or about R$161 million, a higher price than the actor and actress asked for. According to TMZ's real estate sources, renovations were made to the property before the sale was announced.

The mansion, located in Pacific Palisades, an upscale residential neighborhood in Los Angeles, California, has a plot of 12,140.6 square meters and the main house measures 9,000 square meters, including 6 bedrooms with closets, a leisure area with a pool and barbecue, a basketball court, an arcade and a full movie theater, a living room and gym, and a full kitchen and dining room. Also having a wide view of the city, the place is surrounded by vegetation and has several trees on its premises.

The property is located between the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, and is surrounded by the Getty Villa Museum and the Eames House, which feature works of art from ancient Greece, Rome, and mid-century modern art. The Pacific Palisades area also has a variety of local restaurants and cafes, as well as hiking and walking trails, including Temescal Getalway Park with coastal trails and Will Rogers State Beach, which leads to a 22-mile (36 km) oceanfront bike path.
