After Paola Carosella criticized Maíra Cardi, Luana Piovani defends the chef

Model, businesswoman and former BBB contestant Maíra Cardi was extremely judged after using the term “food rape” when referring to the insistence that many people have for people to break their diet. Such words by Maíra caused many internet users and celebrities to not hold back on criticizing the former BBB contestant. One of them was renowned chef Paola Carosella, who, outraged by the businesswoman's words, called her 'crazy' in an interview with Monday Chatrebroadcast by GNT.

The former juror of Master Chef Brazil (2014 – 2020) was very clear about her opinion regarding Maíra. “There is a lot of talk out there about food. And there are a lot of crazy people. There is Arthur Aguiar's wife who talked about food rape. What a crazy woman.”says Paolla. She also comments on the relationship we need to have with food. “One thing we don't do anymore: think about our connection with food. We need to engage with the act of eating. We need to cook, spend time cooking, engage our bodies.”says the chef. Then, she again criticizes the ex-sister's stance on food. “She makes everyone thin. She's a palm leaf, all toned. And her husband entered 'BBB' and no longer eats the food she makes, all measured.”concludes.

Paola's speech was so well received that even Luana Piovani took advantage of the opportunity to speak out. The actress, who has already shown that she doesn't like Maíra very much by criticizing her relationship with Arthur Aguiar and the exposure of her betrayals, came to the chef's defense and took a swipe at the former BBB. Luana, Pedro Scooby's ex, categorically agreed with Paola. “And you're absolutely right! You need a foreigner to have the courage to say what you need to say!!
