Although singers and artists were present at the awards, internet users noticed that singer Ana Castela did not attend the event, despite being nominated in two important categories of the night, “Artist of the Year” and “Hit of the Year”.

Ana Castela was competing in two categories: “Hit of the Year”, for the song “ Nosso Quadro ” and “Artist of the Year”, competing with Anitta, Jão, Isa, Luísa Sonza and Ludmilla.

Even with the revelation, several fans linked the cancellation of the singer's participation with the criticisms that her ex, Gustavo Mioto, made regarding the award.

Even with the end of his relationship with the country singer, in a subsequent tweet, the singer made a point of showing that he was rooting for his ex.

The couple ended their relationship in September 2023. At the time, both announced on their social networks that the breakup was amicable.
