Ana Hickmann hires manager of Roberto Justus and Paulo Guedes

Ana Hickmann announced last Thursday (7), on her Instagram, that her life would undergo changes. The presenter posed alongside the new team that will take care of her artistic career, and in the same post, revealed that she has signed a partnership with Legend Investimentos, which will assist her in her economic restructuring.

“Important changes are happening and, in the midst of a whirlwind of things, people who were already special in my life are now by my side more than ever.”, said Ana in the post.

The company Legend Investimentos has Legend Capital as the majority shareholder and counts names such as businessman and investor, Roberto Justus, and the former Minister of Economy, Paulo Guedes, among its partners and shareholders. Legend is responsible for managing part of Justus' investments and fortunes, as well as around 12 billion reais in different areas of activity for high and very high income clients.

The manager also has Daniella Marques on her board, a personal friend of Ana who was mentioned in the Instagram publication and former president of Caixa Econômica Federal. Daniella, allegedly, was the one who discovered that Alexandre was forging signatures on bank loan contracts.

Ana Hickmann's debts

Amid the domestic violence process and the divorce with Alexandre Correa, it was discovered that the ex-couple had million-dollar debts owed to Banco Safra, Banco do Brasil and Banco Original, in addition to unpaid loans in the Cooperative Credit System (Sicredi ) and debts on three properties in São Paulo, including the luxurious mansion in Itu and three titles relating to IPVA (Motor Vehicle Property Tax), at the State Finance Department.

The company Hickmann Serviços Ltda. there are also charges owed to the state of São Paulo, a million-dollar debt in the Union's Active Debt and compensation from a franchise with the process in the initial stage.

Statement from Correa's lawyer

On the same day, Alexandre's lawyer, Enio Martins Murad, announced that the presenter's ex-husband had filed a precautionary action so that it would be possible to continue with the judicial recovery protocol of the company Hickmann Serviços Ltda.

According to the lawyer, Alexandre requested that an urgent precautionary measure be granted to establish that the company's employees present the necessary documents so that the action can move forward. The businessman's request comes as a result of the protective measure granted to the presenter that prevents him from visiting the establishment.
