Ana Hickmann's million-dollar debt is forgiven by Bradesco bank

This Thursday (26), Bradesco bank withdrew the collection action against Ana Hickmann, in the amount of R$ 1,156,822.07, due to signatures already proven to be false by the courts. The document issued by the bank's defense and published first-hand by Veja Magazine, alleges that the presenter's ex-husband, Alexandre Correa, will answer for the case.

In note: “The creditor requests the suspension of the case in relation to the defendant Ana Lucia Hickmann, based on art. 921 1c/c art. 313, section VI2, both of the Civil Procedure Code. Finally, with a view to continuing the case against the executed Alexandre Bello Correa, he requests the issuance of a summons warrant, to be executed via a bailiff.”, declared the bank’s defense.

Alexandre also responds for distorting the truth

Alexandre faces another lawsuit, the businessman was convicted of unfair procedural behavior and distorting the truth, during another collection process. This time, from Valecred, worth R$3,000,000.00 (three million reais). The court interpreted that there was an attempt to distort the principles of the process, by the accused, and imposed a fine.

When contacted by Quem Magazine, Alexandre released a note: “This is a note produced by Ana's advisor. I refuse to comment. He also claimed to be tired of what he called a “fabricated lie”, stating that his ex-wife has been lying for 11 months.
