Anitta is Back with Justice in Rio de Janeiro!

The Rio de Janeiro courts are after singer Anitta due to a lawsuit filed by a fan. Court officers went to the singer's addresses in Rio de Janeiro, but were unable to locate her. Anitta will be sued by public notice for the lawsuit that Maria Ilza de Azevedo is filing against the singer.

For those who don't remember, Mrs. Maria Ilza appears in the documentary “Anitta – Made in Honório”, produced by the video streaming service Netflix. The lady goes to Anitta's house in the fifth episode and, as the series shows, she allegedly entered the condominium without authorization. However, in the lawsuit that Mrs. Maria has against Anitta, she claims that her entry was duly authorized.

Dona Maria Ilza de Azevedo claims that she was ridiculed for the scene that aired, in which she went to bring a gift to the singer. Dona Maria's lawyer also filed a lawsuit against Netflix and requested that Anitta be summoned by edict, since they tried three times to find the singer, but without success. Miriam Macedo, Anitta's mother, declared to the court that her daughter is living outside of Brazil and has no return date.

The documentary's production team presented a document in which Maria Ilza allegedly authorized the publication of her image, but according to an expert report, the signature was forged. The documentary was released in 2020 and shows behind the scenes of Girl From Rio's day-to-day life, in her busy schedule. At the time, Maria Ilza's family took to social media to express their outrage at what was exposed and reported that Maria was very sad about the whole situation.
