Anitta releases teaser for the music video for the track from the new album

Singer Anitta launched this Monday (22), on her social networks, a teaser with scenes from the music video for the song “Grip”, one of the tracks from his new album “Funk Generation”. The album is one of the most anticipated this year and the public's expectations are high. Both the album and the clip will be officially released this Friday (26).

As one of the singles from the new album, the song has generated great expectations, especially after the teaser released by Anitta.

As can be seen in the clip released by the singer, the music video promises well-elaborated choreography and a Rio funk scene, but sung in English. The release of the teaser further fueled public anxiety for the release of the album, which is one of the most anticipated this year.

Anitta also released the cover of the new album, with a definition of the project in which the singer expresses her pride in working with this musical genre so intimate to its origins. In addition to “Grip”, the new album also features the singles “Funk Rave”, “Mil Veces”, “Joga pra Lua” and “Double Team”.

“Funk Generation”

The Brazilian singer's sixth studio album hits digital platforms on April 26th. The project aims to explore the singer's roots, valuing the cultural importance of Rio funk in Brazil, as well as taking this style of music to the international music scene. As confirmed by the artist, the album will be composed entirely of funk songs, sung in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Anitta stated that she is very proud to launch a project that is based entirely on a musical genre that suffers from so much stigmatization, but that, according to the singer herself, “little by little he gains recognitionI'm global.”
