“Back To You” by Selena Gomez reaches one billion streams on Spotify

“Back To You”, by Selena Gomez, surpassed the 1 billion streams mark on Spotify this Saturday morning (21). The song, which was produced to compose the soundtrack for the second season of the original Netflix series “13 Reasons Why”, in addition to the Spotify record, has 274 million views on YouTube.

The song was produced by Ian KirkPatick and production company Trackside. Selena is part of the composition of “Back To You” and the song, even though it is not part of any studio album, is one of the singer's biggest hits, being her second solo song to reach the billion mark.

The song's music video was released on June 5, 2018 by Interscope Records. Inspired by the French film “The Eleventh Hour Demon”, “Back To You” has an old film aesthetic and shows the singer leaving a vintage party with her lover, where they steal and set fire to a car.
