Ben Affleck buys new property for $20.5 million

Actor Ben Affleck has acquired a ranch valued at $20.5 million. The luxurious property known as “Paradise Found” was designed in 1941 by Cliff May and is located in Sullivan Canyon, Brentwood, United States. The purchase was made at the end of July this year.

The mansion has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and stables with horses. It covers a total of 6,000 square feet and was recently redesigned by architect Steve Giannetti and interior designer Kelly Harmon.

The property’s total area covers almost 2,600 m² and includes a swimming pool, an annex separate from the main property, a spa area and much more. The property’s location also helped to add value to the purchase, as it is close to the Riviera and Brentwood Country Clubs, and Sunset Boulevard, all without compromising the privacy and tranquility that the property offers.

After his divorce from actress and singer Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck sold the property he lived in with his ex-wife for around R$370 million, buying the new house soon after. The purchase of the new property was made on July 24th of this year.

Who is Ben Affleck

The American actor, screenwriter and director was born in 1972 and began his career at the age of twelve in the series “The Voyage of the Mimi”. In the 90s, Ben Affleck made his mark in Hollywood with the films SShakespeare in Love (1998), Armageddon (1998) and Pearl Harbor (2001).

In 1998, Ben Affleck won the Oscar for best original screenplay for the film “Good Will Hunting”a project carried out in partnership with Matt Damon, with whom he even set up his own production company, Pearl Street Films

The actor gained even more prominence and fame after taking on the role of the superhero Batman in 2013, participating in other DC productions as the character later on. Also in 2023, the actor will receive an Oscar for the film “Argo”.
