Cris was born in July of this year, after a labor of more than 20 hours. Some days I felt insecure and sad because of all the changes in my body, I had lots of stretch marks and pimples.”she tells Marie Claire. The businesswoman says she tried to calm down and that she felt like the most incredible woman in the world, for being her “baby’s little home” at that moment.

Mine was not easy at all.”admits. “To get through everything, I had help from my obstetrician, especially with mental health issues. I even thought I had postpartum depression, but the name for what I had was baby blues, which is a feeling that women usually have in the postpartum period.”he explains.

In the interview given to Marie Clarie, Bianca said how her routine has changed since she found out she was going to be a mother. “What changed the most were my schedules, especially my sleeping and waking times. Before the baby, I was always very nocturnal, I was an early riser. At seven o’clock at night, I started to feel more energetic, and after the baby, it was the opposite. Now, at ten or eleven at night, I’m already dying of sleep and I wake up early. For me, it was a big change.” said Bianca.

The influencer also said that she had a support network and that this was a privilege during her pregnancy. Bianca said that she spoke to other mothers to learn a little more about their experiences and that she surrounded herself with professionals. “I had an excellent support network, which is a great privilege. During my pregnancy, I practically put together a team for Cris, with great care. In addition, I talked a lot with other mothers, about their experiences with motherhood, so I could identify with them and make my own choices. I studied a lot and surrounded myself with professionals.”
