Bikini layering becomes a trend for summer

The European summer kicked off the creation of trends for many people's favorite season, especially in Brazil, where temperatures are high for most of the year. On social media, videos and photos of celebrities wearing bikinis are going viral, and contrary to what people think, this layering does not interfere with the tan and you can use your creativity when putting together your look.

How to use

To create the layering, you can use pieces such as bikinis or even tops and bras. Shorts with hot pants are also popular among celebrities and these details can give a more casual and different look. This layering creates layers in the pieces and looks perfect if the colors of the pieces match each other.

The use of accessories is also perfect to enhance and highlight the complete look. Bags, headbands and necklaces are being used a lot on these occasions.

Back in 2022, singer Doja Cat wore a bikini top to her Coachella show. On that occasion, she wore a black bra underneath and a triangle printed bikini top, with matching accessories.

Currently, fashionistas Bianca Andrade and Lívia Nunes have also embraced the trend and have been going viral on the internet with their posts.

Bianca recently posted a series of photos from her trip on her Instagram, and what caught everyone's attention was the layering with a great fit. Wearing two triangle bikinis in white and red, she paired them with hot pants and a skirt from Miu Miu, giving the look a perfect balance.

Singer Tyla, who rocked the hit “Water” and had one of the most talked-about looks at the 2024 Met Gala, also went viral with her look. Wearing three tops and a bikini bottom layered over black shorts, she paired it with a satin bandana, giving it an urban touch.
