Blac Chyna's trial against the Kardashians has begun

Almost five years ago, the makeup artist took the Kardashian family to court and asked for millions in damages. Chyna claims that the family was responsible for getting in the way of her reality TV career. In 2016, before their split, she and her ex-fiancé Rob, the Kardashian father, starred in the spinoff of AND!, Rob and Chyna. She says the show's cancellation was because of her family and is suing them for defamation, demanding $100 million in damages.

At the same time, she is also filing a lawsuit against her ex-fiancé for harassment and assault. Lynne Cianni, Chyna's attorney, stated that the family matriarch, Kris Jenner, was seeking to have the second season of the show canceled and claims that Kris had sent defamatory messages to Chyna's showrunner.

In the messages, Mama Kris called the makeup artist “stupid”accused her of “being drunk for three days”as well as other things to take production to “abandon av*di*”. On the other hand, the Kardashians' lawyer, Michael Rhodes, also brought up alleged messages from Chyna to Rob, which were allegedly sent shortly after the couple's separation.

Rhodes claims that the show's producer, Bunim Murray, tried to save the reality show and encouraged Rob and Chyna to “try to work things out and go on a retreat together.” He also revealed that shortly before the official deadline for the show's second season, Chyna reportedly filed a temporary restraining order against Rob, so they couldn't be in the same room.

A video of Blac's mother was also shown, where she said that the Kardashians “they looked dead” and that “this shit was gonna get real.” The family's lawyer said Toni did “veiled physical threats” and it was agreed that Blac's mother would not attend the trial in court.
