BLACKPINK member Lisa performs 'Money' for Christmas

Singer Lalisa Manoban, better known as Lisa, prepared a special Christmas performance with her song “Money“. The artist started the video saying “I wanted to do something interesting to celebrate this Christmas, so I dressed up as a snow princess and prepared this performance of 'Money'“.

In addition to the presentation, she also sent a message to her fans, popularly known as Blinks, saying: “Blinks don't get to see videos like this often, so I prepared this Christmas gift“.

The singer appears to be very solid in her solo career, surprising everyone. The music video for 'Money' celebrated 10 weeks in the Top 5 of the week on YouTube. In addition to the music video, the song's recorded choreography also broke several YouTube records and has now secured another place in the platform's weekly Top 5.

In recent weeks,'Money' was in second place, with a total of 20.3 million views in the period between November 26th and December 2nd. The single has already reached the top of Youtube 3 times within the 10 week period.

As for music on YouTube, 'Money' appears strongly with a total of 40.7 million reproductions across various uploads on the platform, establishing its position at 4th place on YouTube. In total, the single has been at the top of the YouTube charts for 12 weeks.

According to YG Entertainment, the company that handles the group BLACKPINK, Lisa's dance video for her solo song 'Money' surpassed the 300 million views mark on YouTube, breaking a new record. The video needed 66 days to surpass the old number, which was also by BLACKPINK, for the song “How You Like That“. The group's single took 76 days to reach 300 million views.
