Brad Pitt Abraa 100-Year-Old Neighbor Without Charging Rent.

The actress Cassandra Peterson 71-year-old, who starred in “Elvira” (1988), revealed that for an interview with People Magazine what Brad Pitt I was hosting a neighbor who had just become a widower, without paying rent on the mansion.

Cassandra was the one who sold the house to Brad Pitt three decades ago and reported that the actor built the mansion by taking over the properties of around 22 houses around the property, including the elderly man's. She reports that, in 1994, Brad bought the property for US$ 1.7 million at a dollar exchange rate (R$ 8.6 million reais) and 30 years later the actor sold the mansion last month for US$40 million (around R$202 million).

“I think there were about 22 houses around the property. Every time something became available for sale he bought it.”, commented Cassandra for an interview with People Magazine.

One of these houses belonged to the elderly man, who had just become a widower, Brad entered into an agreement with him allowing him to live in the mansion without paying rent.

“I know Brad allowed him to live there without paying anything until he died'', explained Cassandra.

“It was kind of funny because John lived to be 105. I imagine Brad was thinking well, you know, he could live there until he dies, which could happen at any time.”, added the actress in her interlocution to People Magazine.

Brad Pitt is a 59-year-old actor and producer, he was married to Angelina Jolie for 5 years since (2014 to 2019), they had six children together, three biological children and three adopted children.

Brad, Angelina and their children lived in a mansion in Los Angeles, California in the United States that had an estimated value of US$40 million, which converted to Real would be around R$202 million.
