BTS's Butter Tops Hot 100 for 2nd Week in a Row

According to Billboard, the song received 19.1 million streams and 140,000 downloads on digital platforms in the United States between May 28th and June 3rd.

Billboard also claims that the remixes “Hotter” and “cooler“Song”butter” could have a big impact on next week's Billboard Hot 100 chart numbers. Additionally, “butter” also held the top spot on Billboard's Digital Song Sales chart.

The song”butter” is the third song by the South Korean group BTS to reach the top of the Billboard Hot 100 music chart upon debut, and the boys' fourth single to reach the first place mark on the Billboard Hot 100. The group to date has the most songs to top the Billboard Hot 100 in the 2020s, along with singer Ariana Grande, BTS is also the first group in the history of the music industry to have songs debut directly at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
