Cacau Protásio reveals having dreamed about Paulo Gustavo twice in one week

Actress Cacau Protásio, 46, revealed to her fans that she dreamed twice in the same week about her friend, actor Paulo Gustavo, who passed away in May 2021 at the age of 42 due to complications from Covid-19, after spending 50 days hospitalized at the CopaStar hospital in Copacabana, Rio.

On social media, the comedian celebrated the fact that her dear friend appeared to her in a dream: “Thank you God, for this gift of dreaming about PG this week for two days in a row, thank you for relieving my heart knowing that you are well, smiling, and continuing to do your graces, but now up there in heaven. Thank you for the messages. Thank you for the advice. Thank you for the affection. (…)”he wrote in the caption of the post.

The post was liked and viewed by several people. Cleo Pires liked the photo on Instagram, singer Preta Gil said: “What a blessing” alongside a heart emoji, and several other fans showed their longing for the eternal Paulo Gustavo, nicknamed PG by the actress. He and Cacau were the stars of the show Multishow, “Go for it”, with the unforgettable Valdomir and Therese.

Paulo was born on October 30, 1978 in Niterói, in the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro and passed away on May 4, 2021. He was married to dermatologist Thales Bretas since 2015 and left behind two children, a pair of twins who are now 2 years old.

He became known for his monologue “My Mother is a Piece”which was adapted for the cinema in 2013, and was a complete success, to the point of becoming the most watched film that year in the country. Two years later, it was published as a book by Editora Objective.

Due to the success of this comedy, the film gained two more sequels, one at the end of 2016 and another at the end of 2019. In these works we meet the eternal Mrs. Herminiawhich represents the Brazilian “root” mother, which was inspired by the actor’s own mother, Dona Déa Lúcia.
