Caixa creates a digital service package for MEI

Caixa Econômica Federal launched last Tuesday (30), in Brasília, an exclusively digital service package aimed at individual microentrepreneurs (MEI). The customer will not need to go to the bank since the service is 100% digital. The package is available on the Caixa Tem app and aims to generate jobs, promote the digital inclusion of MEI customers and reduce the costs of banking services.

Service packages

Among the services included in the package, the customer will have access to the “Azulzinha” tool that will allow the cell phone to be transformed into a card machine that can be used anywhere and will not incur rental costs. In addition, the package includes protection insurance in cases of personal accidents and a credit line that can reach up to R$10,000 called “Giro Caixa Fácil”, which has a rate of 4.01% per month.

The program also offers consultancy and guidance on good environmental practices for the business, technological support, funeral assistance and equipment repair, as well as consultations via video calls.

Benefits included

Rapidex MEI: Assistance for home, car, motorcycle and technological support with plans starting at R$29 per month and monthly draws of R$10,000;

Entrepreneur Protection Insurance: Coverage for accidental death, hospitalization, disability, temporary incapacity and prize draws;

PJ Credit: Up to R$10,000, 24-month term, rate of 4.01% per month;

Card Machine: No rental costs or promotional fees.

How to join

To participate, individual microentrepreneurs must access the Caixa Tem application and have the company's CNPJ and Certificate of Individual Microentrepreneur Status (CCMEI). Transactions will be carried out with easy recognition, ensuring the security of customers' personal data.
