Camila Loures and Melody disagree on podcast over comment about Anitta

Melody was interviewed this Wednesday (03) on 'PodCats', a program by Virgínia Fonseca and Camila Loures. However, at a certain point in the chat, the conversation became uncomfortable for the YouTuber from Minas Gerais and the singer. This is because the teenager questioned a mistaken mention of her name in the conversation that the duo had with Anitta, in one of the podcast episodes.

Melody corrected the presenters' speech. ''You said I said I was better than her (Anitta). Where did I say that?! I said that I WAS going to be bigger than her, not that I WAS bigger than her. And then you told her that. Give her the right information, otherwise you'll start a fight that isn't a fight. And that's not what happened.''

Camila then finds the audio of Melody's speech and broadcasts it live. After everything that was said by the teenager is confirmed, the YouTuber apologizes. ''It was because I said something wrong, human beings make mistakes. So, forgive me, I'm asking you for forgiveness. But the way you said it is that. You said she is Brazilian. She is not Brazilian, Anitta is worldwide. She is huge and will conquer much more'', exalted still.

Melody then retorts: ''It's just that you wanted marketing there''. Camila replies: ''Not at all. I'm not a biscuit maker, never was. Seven years without doing anything to become famous: just making videos, three videos a day. Three videos a day that I release! A lot of work, never biscuits''.

The singer then continues. ''What I said was the following, she (Anitta) it's really going out…, Melody began, before being cut off by Loures. ''No, she's already gone! She's huge and will conquer much more in the world'', defended the presenter.

The teenager recognized the Brazilian's achievements, but reconsidered. ''Don't come and say she's an Ariana Grande, because she's not. Ariana Grande is worldwide''. Camila concluded: ''She already has her own huge space, and I hope you can have it too. You already have a huge space, congratulations''.

Camila Loures's office sent a note to journalist Léo Dias this Thursday (03) about the case. ''Camila apologized to Melody live on air about the matter involving another international singer and made sure to resolve everything. She wishes Melody success and respects her willpower in conquering her space on the Internet'', says the statement.
