Celebrities react to Sandy and Lucas Lima's separation

During a post on the singer's Instagram, the couple Sandy and Lucas Lima announced the end of their marriage this Monday (25). The artists, who had been together for 24 years, received messages of support from close friends and other celebrities in the comments section of the post.

Xororó, singer and Sandy's father, wrote: “I love you” in the comments; Junior, the composer's brother and Lucas's former brother-in-law, commented: “All my love”. In addition to the family, other celebrities such as Juliana Paiva, Eliana and Serginho Groisman left messages of affection for the ex-couple. Ivete Sangalo also wrote that she was by their side and wished the family all the love in the world.

The former couple revealed that the decision to separate was neither easy nor impulsive. They stated that the 24 years of marriage were marked by ups and downs, and that they were willing to make the relationship work and managed to a certain extent.

They also ensured that the breakup did not result in any fights or hurt feelings and realized that going their separate ways was the best decision for both of them at this time, but they will always maintain respect and friendship for each other.

They ended their speech by asking people to respect this intimate and delicate moment. Sandy and Lucas then thanked the fans for their understanding and positive thoughts. “It’s going to take a little while, but it’s going to be okay”they finished.

Lucas and Sandy had been together since 1998

Lucas and Sandy met in 1998, during a Lima Family show and have been together ever since. In 2014, the couple's first and only child was born, named Theo. Both chose to maintain the child's privacy and to this day, few images of the boy have been released.
