Celebrity couples steal the show on the 2024 Emmys red carpet

Last Monday (15), American television stars were honored at the 75th edition of the Emmy Primetime Awards, an award ceremony that takes place annually in Los Angeles, California, in the United States.

The stars oozed beauty and glamor on the red carpet, but what caught the most attention on the web was the number of couples present at the ceremony.

From Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker, to Joel Kim Booster and John-Michael Sudsina and, one of the winners of the night for “Sucession”, Kieran Culkin alongside his wife, Jazz Charton.

Riley Keough, the protagonist of “Daisy Jones & the Six” who was nominated for the award for Best Actress in a miniseries or television film, arrived at the ceremony with her husband, Ben Smith-Petersen.

Also present at the awards were the iconic couple Monica Bellucci and Tim Burton, director of Netflix's “Wednesday”, which was competing for best direction in a comedy series.

Longtime couples like actor Jeff Bridges and Susan Geston, as well as Ken and Tran Jeong. The talented and award-winning Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons also posed for photographers on the red carpet.

Daniel Radcliffe, nominated for “Weird: The Al Yankovic Story”, walked the red carpet alongside his girlfriend, Erin Darke, among many other couples in love.

Awards highlights

Due to strikes by writers and actors last year, the 75th edition of the Emmys, which usually takes place in mid-September, took place yesterday (15), after being postponed. The award honors primetime productions in the United States, and in this edition, the nominated works were released between June 1, 2022 and May 31, 2023.

The biggest highlights of the night were “Sucession”, from HBO, which was considered the best drama series, “The Bear”, shown by the streaming service Hulu, considered the best comedy series, and “Beef”, from Netflix, being the best limited series.

The main actors of the aforementioned series, such as Kieran Culkin, Matthew Macfayden and Sarah Snook, from “Sucession”, Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, in “The Bear”, and Steven Yeun and Ali Wong, protagonists of “ Beef”, were also awarded in the acting categories.
