Celso Portiolli discovers bladder cancer

Celso Portiolli published a video and text this Tuesday (28) to tell his fans that he discovered bladder cancer. The presenter, who is 54 years old, revealed that he underwent surgery in December and said that he will soon undergo another treatment.

“In December I had an endoscopic procedure to remove a single, small bladder polyp. I'm going to undergo immunotherapy treatment called BGC. The chance of a cure is close to 100% and during my treatment I'll be living a completely normal life, doing what I've always done.“, said the communicator. “I am optimistic and have great faith in God that everything has already 'worked out'!”.

He discovered he had cancer during a routine exam. Celso chose to announce the news on Instagram before the new year and said that some friends and family members were still unaware of his diagnosis.It's all good, it's great. I've done TV shows and you wouldn't even imagine. I am very optimistic.”

The presenter took the opportunity to record a video on his Instagram profile reporting the removal of a polyp from his bladder, that the chances of a cure are close to 100% and that he will continue to have a normal life during the treatment period.
