Check out the featured musicians from Criança Esperança 2024

On the evening of this Wednesday (09), Criança Esperança 2024 began. Under the command of Marcos Mion, the Globo event brought together a variety of Brazilian artists and musicians to take part in the action. At least 100 institutions will benefit from the program’s proceeds. Big names like Xuxa, Elba Ramalho, IZA, Cauã Reymond and others are helping the initiative.

Featured musicians

The night began with Maiara and Maraísa's show and were soon joined by IZA, who, showing off her pregnant belly, moved everyone by singing “Fé”. The singer is expecting Nala, her first daughter, and is already 9 months pregnant.

Daniel Garcia, well known as the drag queen singer Gloria Groove, performed together with his mother, Gina Garcia, in the performance of “Brincar de Viver” and “Meu Anjo”. “Music made the difference in giving me direction and represents my connection with my mother”, stated the artist and singer. “I grew up watching, seeing my references calling the public to participate. Within a year I was able to answer a call and it was beautiful. And today, being here with my mother is even more special”.

Other artists to perform were Péricles, Carlinhos Brown, Lucy Alves, Belo, Elba Ramalho and João Gomes. Even Anitta appeared on the screen, to convey a message about climate change.

Xuxa ended the night singing one of her hits from the Baixinhos era, the song “Arco-Íris”.

Artists in the months

Tadeu Schmidt, Maria Beltrão and Ana Paula Araújo were the first to receive the donation calls, which are made from all over Brazil. Then it was the turn of Cauã Reymond, Luis Miranda and Duda Santos, who wore matching t-shirts that spelled out the word “pix”, encouraging donations that can be made quickly and easily. Mesão da Esperança was completed with Chay Suede, Nicolas Prattes and Gabz.
