Through a movement led by Gaviões da FielCorinthians' main organized fan base, the project called “Doe Arena Corinthians” was launched on Wednesday, the 27th, which aims to raise money from the club's fans to pay for the stadium.

THE Arena Corinthians it was officially opened on May 10, 2014. As announced by the club at the time, the stadium cost R$985 million. However, with delays in payments, the debt increased over the years.

This was due to a loan made by the club in 2014, from the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) and Caixa, in the amount of R$400 million. According to the club's financial statement, carried out in September 2024, the debt is R$700 million.

With all of Corinthians' financial crisis, Gaviões da Fiel, the club's main organization, decided to mobilize and, after several negotiations, signed, on October 10th, with Caixa, the Protocol of Intent related to the stadium's debt.

The signatures were formalized by Alexandre Domênio Pereira, president of Gaviões da Fiel, and Augusto Melo, president of Corinthians, in addition to Alexandre Padilha, chief minister of the Federal Government's Institutional Relations Secretariat.

Then, on November 25th, Caixa held a hearing with Corinthians and Gaviões to launch the project. Donations must be made through the website doearenacorinthians.com.br/ via Pix in any amount above R$10.00. The project will be active until May 10, 2025, or until the goal is reached. The objective is to raise R$700 million.

Advantages for fans who contribute

Every fan who makes a donation will receive a certificate and will have their name published on the donor panel, if authorized. In addition, the club will organize a ticket draw for Timão's games at the Neo Química Arena.

Anyone who donates more than R$100 will have their name placed on a physical memorial that will be built after the campaign.

Visit the official campaign website doearenacorinthians.com.br/ and click on “Contribute now”
Another way is to click on “Make Contribution” at the top of the page.

Select one of the available amounts or enter the amount you wish to donate
Then click on “Make Contribution”.
Register
Enter your email, CPF or CNPJ and tap “Continue”
Enter the other details and tap “Go to billing”
If you chose your email on the previous screen, enter your CPF or CNPJ, in addition to your full name, date of birth, landline and cell phone. Also select the genre. To complete your registration, create a password with at least six characters. It is important that it achieves maximum security, which is indicated in the bar below the password.
Tap “Register new billing address”
Enter the CEP (Postal Address Code) and if it does not load automatically for you to enter the other data, tap “Register address”. Then, complete the information, confirm that everything is ok and click on “Register address” again.
Confirm payment
See if the amount you want to donate is what appears on the screen and tap “Complete donation”. After completion, the order will be confirmed. You can make payment via Pix using the QR Code or Pix code.
After payment confirmation, the page will be updated with the confirmed donation, with information such as time and amount that was donated. You will also receive a confirmation email, which will allow you to download the certificate, which can also be downloaded from the website on the same confirmation page.
