Check out the three looks worn by Meghan Markle on her trip to Colombia

On Thursday (15), Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle landed in Bogotá for a four-day tour of Colombia. The invitation was made by the country's vice president, Francia Márquez, who welcomed them along with her partner, Rafael Yerney Pinillo.

The couple are taking the trip to participate in discussions about cyberbullying and other forms of online violence, as well as to engage in various local activities. However, Harry's wife has already captured the media's attention due to the three looks she wore on her first day in the country.

Arrival in Colombia

During the official reception in Bogotá, Meghan opted for a navy blue ensemble designed by Veronica Beard. The look consisted of a high-necked vest with gold buttons and straight-leg tailored trousers. She completed the look with black Manolo Blahnik heels and a white Loro Piana bag.

National design

For her second engagement of the day, this time for a musical event at the Delia Zapata Olivella National Center for the Arts, the Duchess of Sussex wore a design by Colombian designer Johanna Ortiz, as a way of paying homage to the country that welcomed her. The look consisted of a midi dress in earth tones, salmon and wine, with Navajo prints and a front slit.

On her feet, she wore Jimmy Choo sandals, and her accessories included gold Lanvin earrings, a gold ring and a gold necklace with diamonds from Cartier. The highlight was a Tank Française watch, valued at £17,000, which belonged to Princess Diana, who always wanted to visit the country before she died.

Last look of the day

To round off the day on a high note, Meghan attended the “Responsible Digital Future” forum wearing a Victoria Beckham satin button-down blouse and La Ligne silk trousers in burnt orange and copper tones. She completed the look with a pair of Aquazzura suede heels in a warm yellow tone. Her accessories included a pair of Birks earrings and the same necklace from the previous event.

The couple's trip will end this Sunday (18), when they will participate in an African music festival in Cali. On the other days, the couple will visit cities such as Cartagena and San Basilio de Palenque, as well as Bogotá, where they will meet with local leaders and communities, and will also meet the Colombian team for the Invictus Games.
