Chris Hemsworth comes to Brazil to promote Resgate 2 at Tudum

This Friday (16), the actor Chris Hemsworth was one of the main attractions of the Tudumwhich is one of the biggest fan events. The global event on Netflix's original films and television series brought big stars from the small screen to Brazil. Hemsworth came to the country to promote the film “Rescue 2” and was applauded to the sound of euphoric screams by fans who called him “tasty“. The actor thanked Brazilian fans for their love and said he was very happy to visit Brazil. Among the public's euphoria, it was heard that the sequel to Resgate has an action sequence that lasts more than 20 minutes.

After being presumed dead in the first film, the unbeatable and fearless mercenary Tyler Rake (Chris Hemswoth) returns in this sequel for another high-risk mission. This time, Tyler will be hired to rescue the family of a ruthless Georgian criminal from a prison and get them safely to his home in Australia. However, the task ends up being difficult because there are several criminals trying to locate him.

In addition to Chris Hemsworth in the cast, we see Golshifteh Farahani (Nik Khan) who returns to the role, the actors Daniel Bernhardt (Konstantine) and Tinatin Dalakishvili (Keteven Radiani), Idris Elba (Alcott), Olga Kurylenko (Mia), Demetre Kavelashvili (Zurab Radiani) were added in this sequence.

The film is two hours long and is an original Netflix production. Filming took place in Prague, Czech Republic, with the direction of Sam Hargraves, who directed the first film. The productions were carried out by the brothers Anthony and Joe Russo and The script was written by Joe Russo, known for directing “Avengers: Endgame” (2019). The feature film “Rescue 2” is now available on Netflix.
