Claudia Leitte is revolted by attacks at Carnival and takes action

Claudia Leitte “Singer” has been experiencing tense days since the end of the 2022 Elections. The artist, who is not a declared supporter of Jair Bolsonaro (PL), but has already shown that she follows the former president, received several boos during her visit to Carnival in Salvador .

The situation occurred on Tuesday (21), the last day of celebration in the capital of Bahia. She was doing the traditional Barra-Ondina circuit, when she started hearing screams from supporters of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT). Fans disapproved of the famous lack of positioning.

However, disgusted by the situation, Claudia commented that she would not speak the war cry of leftist supporters – “hello, hello, Lula” -, as it did not match her thoughts. 

The famous took the opportunity to comment, too, that the buzz related to the positioning on the right was a lie. “ It’s all a lie! The people say who I voted for, who I didn’t vote for. I’m just not going to campaign for anybody ,” she said. The artist’s video is already circulating on social media.

In 2022, Claudia was heavily criticized whenever she published something that could be related to supporting Bolsonaro. The artist, in a show held in Salvador, said that society lives in a democracy and that her life goal was to serve her fans with love. Despite the criticism, the famous remained without positioning.
