Conan Gray announces release of next single and tour for album 'Superache'

During the night of last Wednesday (15) Conan Gray's new tour was announced, “Superache Tour”dedicated to the homonymous album that arrives on all digital platforms next Friday, June 24th. In addition, the Asian-American artist announced this morning (16) that he will release his next single, entitled “Disaster”already with a video clip, at dawn on the 24th, the same day that the “Superache” will be officially released.

The tour will be Conan's second in 2022. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the singer was prevented from touring with his first album, “Kid Krow”and completed it between March and June of this year. With that, Gray has 2022 marked as a busy year, full of releases and tours.

The announcement was made by Live Nation, the official website for ticket sales for the tour, and it still has only one date, at the Spark Arena in New Zealand, on November 13. The venue has a capacity for 12,000 people.

As the next single from his second album, the 23-year-old singer released “Disaster” with a short teaser, approximately 20 seconds long. In the video, the young man talks to a girl in a coffee shop, when he seems to be enchanted by the waiter who delivers a piece of paper to his table. Unlike his last three releases, “Jigsaw”, “Memories” and “Yours”, “Disaster” appears to be more lively and faster.

Among the 12 tracks on the future album, the public is already familiar with five of them, “People Watching”, “Astronomy”, “Yours”, “Jigsaw” and “Memories”the latter being the singer's favorite, which he revealed in a recent interview with the Freeda brand's Instagram.
