Daisy Jones The Six Lana Album Aurorano Digital

Everyone already knows that “Daisy Jones & The Six” was a literary success, however, the success is only growing! Along with the release of its adaptation by Prime Video, which premiered on Friday (3), the album “AURORA” was also released, which features the songs from the book.

The album, released by Ellemar Records, has eleven original tracks and was one of the biggest challenges in adapting the book to the series. With the songs written and produced by Grammy-nominated artist Blake Mills, he also has some other collaborators such as: Cass McCombs, Chris Weisman, Matt Sweeney, Ali Tamposi, James Valentine, Z Berg, Barbara Gruska, Ethan Gruska, Jason Boesel , Jonathan Rice, Marcus Mumford, Stephony Smith, Joe Keefe and Ashleigh Collins.

Daisy Jones & The Six was initially released as a book and published in 2019. Written by American author Taylor Jenkins Reid, it tells the story of a fictional band and the setting of fame in the 1970s. It is Taylor's second book, being the successor to the beloved “The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo”, which will be adapted as a film by Netflix. Some interesting facts about the book “Daisy Jones & The Six” are that there are references and quotes to some characters from “The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo”. Not only that, but also in the book itself, the album and some songs from it such as: “Regret Me”, “Please” and the one that gave the album its name “Aurora” already exist, however, they were rewritten and, therefore, have new lyrics.

In any case, everything indicates that the series and the album will be a great success, just like the book, since there are high expectations and a lot of anxiety about these adaptations.
