Daniel Alves Has To Face New Test Against His Knee Injury

The first minutes of the video, lasting more than three hours, show the young woman in the company of two other women (a friend and a cousin), in the VIP area of ​​the club where Daniel and his friend Bruno Brasil were also present. Everyone dances together but the alleged victim moves away from the player when she realizes that she was touched on the buttocks by him.

The woman, who previously danced without any restriction of movement, had difficulty moving when she left the bathroom where she was with the right-back. In the images, before she tells the situation when approached by a security guard at the house, she appears crying while showing the injury to her friend.

In the statement given to the police, she said that she went to meet him in the bathroom of her own free will, but that, after some kisses, she was prevented by him from leaving the place. According to the young woman's report, he cursed her and grabbed her by the back of the head, throwing her to the ground.

The new evidence, in addition to proving that sexual assault occurred, could increase the sentence of the player who has already been in prison since January.

Since the accusation came to light, Daniel Alves has presented different versions of the case, even claiming that he did not know the woman in question. In new statements, he said that the relationship was consensual and that she is accusing him of feeling “offended or irritated” because he did not want to be seen with her and for not being affectionate.
