Reactions on the revoked Asaba-Oko road contract

Is this a good news or bad to the people of Oko community that after six years plus of HE; Senator(Dr)Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa administration a three kilometres road was awarded as stated and the contractor could not execute the project.
Is the revocation in good faith or a ploy to divert the attention of Oko community?

The question here is, was there no feasibility study on the scope of the job by both the state government and the contractor?
In less than twenty months this administration will come to an end and from all indications this government is on finishing stage and to embark on a major or capital projects will be well thought except otherwise (Government magic).
The state government could have engage Julius Berger since for at least to construct eight to ten(8-10) kilometres road as part of their social responsibility service to Oko community.

Julius Berger have been at Oko Amakom for the construction of the second Niger bridge for over six years, as a responsible and responsive government, the Julius Berger approach would have make a greater impact, though it is still not late, it is achievable if both parties come together.
HE; Governor, Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, as an Anioma son and Governor of Delta state CHRISTENED “ROAD MASTER”, Your name will be in gold if this road is done under your administration. Reactions on the revoked Asaba-Oko road contract

Your Excellency, the rate of suffering along the riverine communities of Anioma extraction is so devastating.
Aballa Oshimili for instance have been flooded and the State government/Emergency management Agency(SEMA)is fully aware and no visit to the community for on the spot assessment. Why?

It is a terrible situation at Aballa Oshimili, as it is now ninety five percent of the houses and ancient landmarks have been submerged to the river Niger due to perennial erosion and no government attention. What happened and where does Delta state ecological fund diverted to?

There have been series of boat capsizing in the river Niger which led to so many deaths from Oko -Aballa-Utchi-Okpai-Aboh due to lack of road.
Your Excellency, Governor Okowa, i appeal and urge you to draw your attention to the plights of this communities. After your tenure, it will be another sixteen years of suffering except miracle. copied
