Eurocup and Copa América prizes have different values; know more

There is a difference in the value of the prize for those who win the European Championship title or the Copa América. Specialists in sports management and marketing cite some points that define the differentiation of values, according to the importance of the dispute, the involvement of the clubs involved, in addition to the final product in general.

Understand the reason for the difference in values

The Euro Cup in 2024 is taking place in Germany and the prize for the winning team will be R$150 million, which is a higher amount than what will be paid to whoever wins the Copa América cup, which has a value of R$97 million.

Copa América becomes a tournament on the rise

Although the first edition of the Copa América took place in 1916, the tournament until 1975 was known as the South American Championship and from 1993 onwards there were more teams with Mexico as a guest and in recent years the competition has been structured.
