Former BBB Natália denies refusing to respond to fans

Former BBB contestant Natália Deodato, who was eliminated on April 12th with 83.43% of the votes, shone in the carnival parade at Marquês de Sapucaí (April 23rd) with the renowned Beija-Flor samba school. After losing 4kg just for carnival with a zero-carb diet and reduced sugar intake, the former contestant was the highlight of the school's float, whose theme was “To darken your thoughts is to listen to the voice of Beija-Flor”. However, despite exuding charisma on the avenue, there are rumors that behind the scenes Natália was not as friendly as she seemed.

After allegedly ignoring fans and some journalists, Natália was accused of “stardom”. According to journalist Leo Dias, the sister – “She only walked around accompanied by security guards and didn’t stop to talk to anyone.” Leo also said that the situation was not due to a probable contract with Rede Globo. Another sister who would have had the same attitude as Natália was Gustavo, who refused to give an interview to Léo Dias' team.

Logically, the repercussion of the incident was not the best. Many internet users criticized Natália and Gustavo's attitude, saying that the siters “are full of themselves” and that “fame has gone to their heads”. However, on Twitter, Natália explained the situation – “I was able to respond and talk to most of the media outlets or people who approached me, but there were some moments when I simply couldn't. This was my first fashion show at Sapucaí and besides being anxious, I was also very pressed for time.

The sister, bothered by the situation, commented – “I would never act with a lack of humility or education.” The former BBB also published a video on her social network in which she appears taking photos with fans, and even joked about the situation – “me with my battalion of super security guards who are 1.60m tall (aka my advisor) and denying interviews and photos.” Natália also emphasized that she was not justifying herself, but rather clarifying the invented rumors for her fans.
