Game of Thrones star arrested for sexual offence
Viewers discovered or rediscovered it in the series Game of Thrones. Emblematic character of the 4th season of the show, a British actor was taken into custody in April 2022.
A star of the series Game of Thrones was arrested, a little earlier in this month of April 2022, for having committed a sexual offense.
British comedian Joseph Gatt, who played Thenn Warg in the HBO series, reportedly maintained an online correspondence “explicitly sexual with a minor.” Los Angeles State Police went to his home with a search warrant and arrested the 47-year-old actor.
Joseph Gatt was taken into custody and then released in the wake for 5000 dollars, or about 4600 €, according to information from TMZ. The ICAC, the U.S.
team that deals with online crimes involving children, is currently leading the investigation and encouraging anyone with information about it to come forward.
Known for his role in season 4 of Game of Thrones, Joseph Gatt has also been seen in the series True Detective, Banshee, The 100, Teen Wolf, or even more recently in the film Dumbo, adaptation of the famous story by director Tim Burton.
Josep Gatt denied all the charges against him in a statement shared on his Twitter account on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.

These allegations are absolutely horrifying and completely false.
“I obviously need to bring up these absolutely horrifying and completely false allegations,” writes the comedian from London. They are wrong and thoughtless. I have confirmed some errors and identified some false leads today in the press.
I’m working completely with the Los Angeles police so they can get to the bottom of things. I absolutely want to clear my name.
I thank all my friends and all those who support me, who know that all this is false and who understand that, for reasons of legality, I cannot comment further on this case on social media.”
Joseph Gatt remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
