GTA VI release date
It will be at least two years before a new part in the Grand Theft Auto series appears. GTA VI will be released in 2024 at the earliest, writes Bloomberg based on insiders. For the first time in the game, a female main character will be playable.
GTA VI is the long-awaited successor to the fifth installment in the series, which appeared in 2013. Although a female protagonist is expected for the first time, she will not be the only playable character, writes Bloomberg.
The game would revolve around two characters inspired by the criminal duo Bonnie and Clyde. The woman is said to have Latin American roots, nothing is yet known about the man.

The report also shows that the story of GTA VI takes place in a fictionalized version of Miami. Developer Rockstar previously drew inspiration from that city for GTA: Vice City.
Previously, there were rumors that the game would cover a much larger area. Bloomberg writes that the plans were scaled down during development so that people would not become overworked. Once the game has appeared, it can be enriched with new missions and areas over time.
