Copenhagen Fashion Week in the Danish capital started on August 5th and ends on August 9th. Several presentations are being held at the venue. During the week, the city is expected to host new collections from different professionals, special events and a full schedule for people who love creative and innovative fashion. Just like the catwalks, street style is taking center stage at the show, with breathtaking looks. One of the highlights is the hairstyles, which, together with accessories, complement the look.
Brand History and Hair
This is an international event that has been held in Copenhagen, Denmark, since 2008. In addition to being held every two years, it is organized by the Danish Fashion Institute. Copenhagen Fashion Week is a non-profit organization run with 15% public funding and 85% commercial partnerships. The main contributor is the Danish Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs. At the ceremony, we learned about the main trends in hair styling.

- Big scrunchies: they have become more popular this season and they are best when they are bigger. Two excellent ways to use them are to tie your hair up in a ponytail or in buns. In terms of color, both neutral and colorful tones can work.

- Tied with decoration: braids can be tied with a small piece of fabric, making them stand out more. Another option is to add another detail, such as a flower, to make the look even better.

A ponytail is a great choice, but it takes center stage when accessorized with tiny pearls or clear bubbles. The mermaid hair strategy is very much in vogue in Copenhagen.
The cap, made of crochet, has the function of holding the hair strand, as well as representing a good hairstyle, especially in winter.

Brazilian fashion designer
Representing Brazil, João Maraschin was present, presenting clothes made in artisan communities in Minas Gerais and Rio Grande do Sul, consecrating textures as his trademark. By combining crochet, macramé and knitting with tailoring, his creations become modern and sophisticated.
