Hairstyle and makeup become highlighted in Lenny Niemeyer's launch

Praising the national beauties, the stylist Lenny Niemeyer launched the AV25 collection in a fashion show held yesterday (11). Represented with a simplistic hairstyle, Niemeyer seeks to bring the curves and marks of Brazilian nature to her new collection. Designed by Helder Rodrigues and produced entirely with Brazilian materials, the collection exalts national beauty, highlighting a hairstyle with sharp curves, symbolizing Brazilian rivers and animals, as well as makeup inspired by the colors of the national flora.

The innovative hairstyle features hair soaked in gel, creating shapes and sinuosities that resemble the snake, a symbol of Brazilian fauna in the collection. The snake, a cunning and perceptive animal, is used as a metaphor for exuberant beauty, representing the national fauna and valuing feminine beauty with a direct connection with nature. With neutral and objective features, the collection focuses on a modern style to highlight this connection.

According to a makeup artist on the team, nature is the main inspiration: “This collection brings elements from the Amazon, so the hairstyle remains faithful to the brand's proposal.” With a style inspired by the 2000s, smooth and silky, the hairstyle reflects the sinuosity of the Amazon rivers and the characteristics of the rainforest terrain, capturing the vibes of the Amazon environment for the new collection.

Light and colorful makeup

With makeup naturalist and simplistic, the objective is to bring the colors of nature in a subtle and refined way. The result is light makeup, which highlights the model's facial features with soft tones, such as a delicate silver that highlights the natural curves of the face.

“Lenny always values ​​feminine beauty and strength, and this time, the request was natural. The makeup is inspired by the 2000s, with crease markings in shades of brown and very bright. For white skin, we use a 'vanilla' tone; for dark skin, a cooler brown. On the eyelid, a touch of light, and on the lips, a nude lipstick – one tone above the model's lip color – finishes the look,” explains the makeup artist in an interview with the media.
