The content can be used in emails where the information does not change from one message to the next. Time required: 4 minutes

  1. Click on “New email”

  2. Select the applications icon above the email

  3. Tap “My Templates”

  4. Go to “Continue”

This message only appears when you first access the “My models” feature

  5. Tap “Template”

  6. Create the model

In this step, you can create the content in the email field. This is because it is possible to format the text however you prefer. Another option is to create directly in “My models”, as done in the image below. In this second way, just add a title to the created model, enter the text you want and click “save”. However, there is no way to format the information.

If you choose the first option, create all the text and format it however you prefer, using, for example, bulleted lists, line spacing, font size and much more. You can even use Ctrl+K to add a URL link to a section of selected text or place your company brand using the “Images” button on the Insert tab.

After that, just press the “Ctrl+A” keys, cut the text using the “Ctrl+X” keys and paste it by pressing the “Ctrl+V” shortcut in the “My Templates” message body field. This way, the formatting is exactly as you did in the email.
