- Access the application
On the cell phone's home page, look for the X/ iconTwitter and select it to open the application;
- Enter settings
When the social network feed opens, click on your profile photo icon, located in the upper left region. Then select the “Settings and privacy” button;
- Deactivate the account
Select the “Your Account” button, click “Deactivate account”, confirm the decision in “Deactivate”.

The X/Twitter account is not automatically deleted, as you can already see from the name of the buttons in the tutorial. First, the site allows you to deactivate the account, and then you are logged out of it.
If you do not log in within 30 days of deactivation, your profile is automatically deleted, as is all information on it: posts, photos, username, etc. However, if you log in within these 30 calendar days, you reactivate the account and the deletion process is automatically canceled.
