Google Contacts is a tool that enables organization and communication between users of the platform and interconnected services, such as Gmail and Google Drive, offering different resources, categories of information and easy management. Below, see how to use it.

How to manage your contact list on Google

Add to favorites

On the platform's home screen, go to the “Contacts” sector and place the mouse arrow over the information of the person you plan to “favorite”. Then, on the right side of this data, click on the star icon.

Edit information

To change the information of a contact, rest the mouse arrow on any data until three icons appear on the right side. Afterwards, click on the pencil symbol. Then, customize or edit various details such as image, company, title, email, address, date of birth and notes. Finally, at the top, click “Save”.

Delete Google Contacts

On the platform's home screen, go to the “Contacts” section and place the mouse arrow over the information of the person you want to delete. Next, on the right side of this data, click on the three dots. In the drop-down window, click “Delete” and confirm “Move to trash”.

To undo this action, go to the tab on the left of the platform and click on “Trash”. Then, rest the mouse arrow on the contact data and, on the right side of this information, click on “Recover”.
