You can mute profiles in both the mobile app and browser version. The process is very similar on both platforms. Check out the step by step:
By cell phone
- Find the profile
Use the search tool to find the profile you want to mute. After accessing the profile, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen to open the options. From the displayed options, click “Silence”.
- Confirmation
The application will ask for confirmation of the action. Confirm that you really want to continue with the muting.
- To unmute
If you want to reverse this action, simply repeat the previous process. In place of the option “Silence”will appear “Reactivate”. Click on it to unmute.
- Mute via timeline
You can also mute a profile directly through a timeline post. Click on the three dots in the top corner of the publication. From the displayed options, select “Silence” and confirm the action.
