'I don't even know who it is'

In a chat with their followers on Instagram, the country duo Simone and Simaria answered some curiosities on the night of last Tuesday (07). Among the thousands of questions, one was very unusual and caught Simaria's attention. Someone asked if the singer had been with former BBB Gui Napolitano, who had a certain affair with Gabi Martins during the reality show's 2020 edition. “I don't even know who that vase in the church is,” joked the singer, recently single. Since August, when she broke off her 14-year marriage to Spaniard Vicente Escrig, with whom she had two children. “I told you, I'm running from men. Avoid me, ignore me, thank you,” she completed, still laughing with her sister. Gui is also single, since he separated from Catherine Bascoy, she herself made the announcement on social media at the end of October and stated that she was “betrayed and humiliated” by the ex-partner.

“A boring subject, but necessary. Out of respect and affection for each of you who have followed us thus far, I decided to take a stand. I needed some time to breathe and think. My goal is to always be happy and at peace with myself. I didn't start a relationship to 'carry' my relationship alone, to be a puppet, to be betrayed, to be humiliated, to be less than I am, than I deserve to be and, above all, to not smile and not be able to overflow with love for those who are by my side.” Catherine said at the time, quite shaken.

Then, Bascoy revealed what he really looks for in a relationship. “When I'm with someone, I want to add, I want to be more, I want to be beyond. I've been a girlfriend, a friend, a partner, everything I'd like a boyfriend to be for me, but not everything is the way we expect, so I chose to be alone and at peace with myself,” reflected. “My relationship (with Gui Napolitano) came to an end, not because of a mistake on my part or lack of trying on my part”concluded the influencer.
