Israeli army attacks and leaves Palestinians dead before ceasefire negotiations

This Friday (29), a new attack by the Israeli military left at least 40 people dead in the Gaza Strip. This attack happened before negotiations could be concluded.

Hamas group is traveling to Cairo to conclude negotiations on the conflicts between Palestine and Israeland thus end the conflicts between the Israeli and Palestinian peoples.

Rescue of the Bodies

Doctors reported that they managed to find 19 bodies of Palestinian citizens killed in this attack, one of the enclave's refugee camps. The Israeli air strike left 10 people dead in a house in Beit Lahiya, located in northern Gaza, doctors said. Other victims of this attack were killed in the north and south of the Gaza Strip, doctors reported when recovering the bodies.

On Thursday (28), Israeli tanks entered the north and west of Nuseirat, shortly after they ended up withdrawing from the northern areas and staying on the western side, actively this Friday. The Palestinian Civil Emergency Service reported that the response teams that were rescuing the victims were unable to respond to the calls for help from the victims of the attack who were trapped in their homes.

Damage Left

After the attack, some residents returned to the areas where the Israeli army had retreated to see the damage left to their homes. Doctors and relatives of the victims covered the bodies, including women, who were dead in the middle of the road and carried them away on stretchers.

A man who had his wife killed in this attack, in anguish, said goodbye to his wife saying: “Forgive me, my wife, forgive me, my dear” lying on her body crying.

Doctors reported that the Israeli drone killed Ahmed Al-Kahlout, leader of the Intensive Care Unit at Kamal Adwan Hospital, in Beit Lahiya, located in the north of the Gaza Strip, where the army has been operating since October.
