J-Hope's first solo album 'Jack In The Box' is released

The album 'Jack In The box' is titled with the song Arson, which features even heavier beats than the track More, from the same album which was released earlier this month and left fans impressed. Arson had the launch of his MV today, along with the release of J-Hope's first solo album.

J-Hope is the first of the seven members of BTS to begin his solo projects, since the group announced that there would be a hiatus in their releases, allowing its members to dedicate themselves to their diverse personal interests.

Big Hit Music, a record label and artist agency in South Korea, stated in a statement that “J-Hope's solo album, as expressed in the album title Jack In The Box, represents his aspirations to break the mold and grow even further”. Adding that other content will be released to showcase more of J-Hope's creativity as an artist.

Last Thursday night (14), an album launch party was held. The celebration took place at the HYBE company building and was attended by several important names in South Korean music, including Taeyang, from the group Big Bang, Sunmi, Jessi, Dawn, Cha Eunwoo, from Astro, BiBi, Hyuna and many others, including members of the group BTS who honored J-Hope's work.

Jack In The Box has ten tracks starting with Intro, which as the name says is the album's introductory track, followed by Pandora's Box; MORE; STOP; =(EqualSign); Music Box: Reflection; What if…; Safety Zone; Future and Arson album title.

J-Hope will be one of the main attractions on one of the stages at the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago, which will take place on July 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st. The singer's participation is scheduled for the 31st and will be the rapper's solo debut on stage.
