James Haven, Angelina Jolie's brother, claims priority over his family

Angelina Jolie's brother, fellow actor James Haven, 52, was recently on the “90Who10” podcast, where he spoke about his personal life and stated that after his sister's divorce from Brad Pitt and prioritization of family, i.e. the feeling of “protecting” her six nephews, the result of Angelina and Brad's union.

Relationship with family

James was asked about his relationship with his sister as her life was exposed to the public, “That’s where it all started, me wanting to protect her and the children, my nieces and nephews” expressed Haven.

The actor expressed his desire to be available to his family and that he organized himself to be present in all situations, in addition to also talking about his nephews becoming young: “They [as filhas e os filhos de Jolie] are already becoming young adults in their early 20s. I think it’s just natural, I want to be with them at all times.” He expressed his feelings for his family and says blessed in their company.

Siblings James Haven and Angelina Jolie are the result of the marriage of actors Jon Voight and Marcheline Bertrand (1950-2007), which lasted from 1971 to 1980. Actress Marcheline passed away due to cancer. Both brothers have no contact with their father, due to his position, which is against any social or political changes.

Jolie and Pitt's marriage bore fruit, the actors are parents to Maddox (22 years old), Pax (20 years old), Zahara (18 years old), Shiloh (17 years old) and the twins Knox and Vivienne (15 years old). The two married in 2014 and announced the end of their marriage in 2016, but the couple stayed together for 12 years.

The end of Jolie-Pitt was famous for arguments, in news published by international vehicles they stated that the ex-couple fought inside a jet where Brad caused the injury of one of the children, which would have led to the definitive end of the marriage. The actor has already admitted to having “raised his voice” with his children, however he has always refuted the fact of prognostic aggression.
