Jessica Alba talks about how family therapy reduced conflicts with her daughter

The two began having joint therapy sessions, later joined by Jessica Alba's other 12-year-old daughter, Haven. Alba stated that in the therapeutic process she learned to recognize her actions that displease her daughters and that, after apologizing, she changed some attitudes to improve the family relationship.

“We argued all the time about stupid things,” said Alba, highlighting that, as a mother, her words were often misinterpreted. Realizing the need for more effective communication, Alba expressed a desire to explain things in a way she wasn't able to. In a significant gesture, he went to Honor and told his daughter that he wanted to be a better mother and, therefore, recommended joint therapy sessions for the teenager to express everything that displeased her about Alba.
