The actor’s followers identified with the situation and commented on the publication that they also suffer from anxiety and seek treatment from psychologists and psychiatrists.
Don’t wait for it to get worse, go soon. I speak from experience. I left and reached a critical level. I started the treatment recently and I already noticed a difference.
The ideal is: therapy + physical exercises + psychiatrist.— Leilãne Sá (@Leilanesajacq) May 10, 2023

Man, I know how it is. I tell you one thing, go, because after that you can breathe better. In these cases, it is best to share with this professional, as this way we feel supported and listened to. Don’t leave it for later, don’t let it bloom more inside you, I wish you to be well

Brazil is the country that has the most cases of people with anxiety, since approximately 9.3% suffer from pathological anxiety. Experts cite unemployment, lack of public safety, recurrent changes in the economy as some of the factors that triggered the increase in anxiety in the country. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), anxiety disorders became more common shortly after the Covid-19 pandemic, where in the first year of isolation, a 25% increase in cases of anxiety and depression in global prevalence was recorded. .
In a survey conducted in 2022 by Atlas da Juventude, called, “Youths and the Pandemic: What now?” When talking to 16,000 young people aged 15 to 29, it was revealed that six out of ten people have been experiencing anxiety, 18% reported depression, 9% self-mutilation or suicidal thoughts.
According to some experts, isolation has caused, in addition to preventing people from having an active social life, fear of getting infected, loneliness and suffering, something that has aroused anxiety and depression.
Other national artists have also shown their vulnerability and have spoken openly about their mental health. In this way, a large support network was created, thus helping several people who also went through the same situation.
We have as an example the singer Luísa Sonza, who said:
“I’m going to stop saying that everything is fine, that I got through all of this and I’m fine. I spent a month away, traveled and renewed? No, the consequences I don’t know until when (…) I’m lucky to have a lot of people close to me. When they found me on the floor, in the fetal position, I was already on my last legs… Thank God I have a team that helps me and took me to the psychiatrist, gave me medicine, support, everything I needed”, comment on Fátima Bernades’ Program

It is important to deal with mental health and anxiety as it is essential to maintain quality of life, and when care is not taken, it can trigger problems such as anxiety disorder, emotional imbalance, excessive stress, in addition to generating possible depression.
